Thermal images allows me to see much more than other inspectors. That is why I recommend infrared technology on every inspection.
Much like using a flashlight to see in the dark, thermal imaging technology allows your inspector to see and identify issues that you'd not be able to view with the naked eye. A typical home inspection by the standards of practice is limited to being a visual-only, non-invasive type of inspection, the use of thermal imaging is a remarkable technology that may identify water leaks hidden in walls, ceilings and beneath flooring; over-heating of electrical circuits; as well as areas of missing or improper insulation.
